Dozer has the IQ of 78. He signed up for the Army and was assigned in the motor pool. While stationed in Iran the base was bombed. Luckily there were no casualties. But Dozer was trapped in the pit under a trashed tank for 3 days. His only friend was a tank wrench. When Dozer was found in the wreckage he was talking to the wrench and claimed his name was Wrenchie and he knew the meaning of life. Soon after Dozer was given a full discharge and the Army let him keep the wrench. While walking through Detroit talking to Wrenchie he was spotted by Benny Hayze the sports manager extraordinare. After thrown from the Detroit Lion's training camp for hitting the offense with Wrenchie and having no luck in Hockey(cant skate) Dozer found a home in professional wrestling.
